SALT LAKE CITY — Happy Constitution Day. With the signing of the U.S. Constitution came a guide for future generations of Americans (not on personal freedoms — those came more than four years later), and in that spirit, we're offering you our own guide: 20 things to do throughout the state this week.

Salt Lake Valley:
- Sept. 17-30: Downtown Dine O'Round, Salt Lake. $5-$30. Sample Salt Lake City restaurants for lunch or dinner. More info here.
- Sept. 19: Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival, USANA Amphitheatre. Tickets $20–$79. More info here.
- Sept. 20–23: Salt Lake City Film Festival at the Tower Theatre, Broadway Cinemas and Cinema Pub. Tickets $5 before 5 p.m., $10 after 5 p.m. More info here.
- Sept. 21: Ensign Elementary Back-to-School Bash, 5 p.m.–
